1. Installation of the support

In order to prevent the thermal precipitator from generating thermal expansion and contraction during operation, the general support is provided with a fixed support, a one-way movable support and a universal movable support. At the time of installation, the position cannot be mistaken. In particular, the one-way movable support is movable and fixed in direction, and it cannot be reversed. Otherwise, the force of thermal expansion will be released without causing cracking of the electrostatic precipitator housing.

2. Installation of the ring beam

For the convenience of transportation, the dust-collecting ring beams will be packaged and shipped in sections. Before installing the ring beam, it must be spliced ​​intact, adjust the flatness and verticality, make the error within the scope of the specification, and then hoist and weld the whole, and connect the whole ring beam into a whole.

3. Installation of the ash bucket

The ash bucket needs to be pre-assembled under certain conditions. Since the ash bucket is all welded on the ring beam, the positioning block should be welded first, so that the installation dimensions around the ash bucket are easy to control. It is recommended to weld the temporary baffle to block the ash flange after the hopper is installed to prevent the construction personnel under the ash from being injured if the object falls down from the flange.

4. Installation of column, top beam and side plate

After the bottom parts of the bottom beam are all installed and welded, the columns, top beams and side plates can be installed. Because only when the load of the components below the bottom beam is added to the bottom beam, the deformation of the bottom beam will be in place, and the upper installation size can be ensured. Before the column is installed, the height of each column should be measured, and the actual elevation at the position of the column end wall installation column should be used to determine and prepare the position and number of the plates in advance. After completing the installation of the column and the top beam, it is only necessary to find the verticality, parallelism and mutual distance of the column. The installation of the rear side panel of the zui must pay attention to the sealing welding.

Be sure to check the weld air tightness after the housing is installed. Because the seal of the electrostatic precipitator is an important aspect to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the electrostatic precipitator. If the air leakage of the casing not only affects the dust removal efficiency, but more importantly, it will cause local condensation inside the electrostatic precipitator, so that the dust plate is tied to the plate and the pole line, accelerating the corrosion of the components in the electric field, and greatly shortening the service life. In addition, when the ash hopper at the bottom of the electrostatic precipitator leaks air, it will increase the secondary dust, and the discharge will exceed the standard, which will also cause ash and poor ash discharge on the inner wall of the ash hopper. Therefore, the housing must have a good seal and its air leakage rate should be less than 2.5%.
