When installing the dust bag, please do not scratch it. Check whether the frame is intact. If it is damaged, it should be repaired in time. If the burr is worn away, it can be installed. Otherwise, the dust removal effect should be affected. After the filter bag is facing outward, the upper edge is turned over. On the aluminum short tube above the board, fasten with a cassette.
Before the initial operation of the precipitator, the pulse injection system should be inspected to confirm that it is correct.
Before the operation, the gear unit of the reducer and the bearing should be filled with lubricating oil. After the gear unit HJ-30 lubricating mechanical oil is put into operation, it is also necessary to regularly fill the oil and drain the oil.
The damaged filter bag should be replaced in time. If the outlet is found to be ash, it indicates that the filter bag has been damaged. At this time, first stop the fan to open the upper cover and find the damaged filter bag for replacement.
The U-type pressure gauge is the indicated resistance of the reaction dust collector and should generally be 80-100 mm water column.
