When installing the dust bag, please do not scratch it. Check whether the frame is intact. If it is damaged, repair it in time. Wear the burr to install it. Otherwise, it will affect the dust removal effect. On the aluminum short tube above the flower board, fasten with a cassette.
Before the initial operation of the precipitator, the pulse injection system should be inspected and confirmed to be correct.
Before the operation, the gear unit of the reducer and the bearing should be filled with lubricating oil. After the gear unit HJ-30 lubricating mechanical oil is put into operation, it is also necessary to regularly fill the oil and drain the oil.
The replacement of the damaged filter bag should be timely. If the outlet is found to be ash, it indicates that the filter bag has been damaged. At this time, first stop the fan to open the upper cover and find the damaged filter bag for replacement.
The U-type pressure gauge is an indication of the resistance of the reactive dust collector. The resistance should generally be 80-100 mm water column.
The air filter of the air bag and air source of the single bag dust collector should be drained once per shift. The filter should be cleaned once every 3-6 months. The shell and sheet metal structural parts should be painted regularly every year.
