Pulse bag filter has many advantages, such as small size; high filtering wind speed; small footprint; easy maintenance and so on.

However, most customers do not know or even know nothing about the use of dust removal equipment and filter bags. In order to enable customers to prevent problems and solve corresponding problems in use, the problems and treatment methods of pulse cleaning filter bags are now sorted out and provided to the majority of users.

According to the problems that occur when the filter bag is applied, and the treatment methods are listed in detail:

1. Filter bag wear

1. The mouth of the filter bag

(1) The damage of the bag mouth of the filter bag is mostly in the downward of the bag mouth, and the damage marks are mostly from the inside to the outside. When one side of the filter bag is damaged, the flue gas usually passes through the position of least resistance. The flue gas goes straight to the clean air chamber from the damaged part. When the flue gas passes through, the dust will wash the opposite corners of the damaged place, which will eventually cause the annular damage of the bag mouth, and even the bag head and the bag body will be separated.
The reason for the damage is that the compressed air is too high, the blowing pipe is skewed, the flower plate is deformed, etc., and the damage can be avoided after adjustment.

(2) The bag mouth is damaged at the groove position, and the damage marks are mostly from the outside to the inside. The groove is worn off, and the bag head falls off in severe cases.
Damage caused by improper installation or small diameter of the bag mouth.

(3) The outer side of the bag mouth is damaged within the length of the blowing pipe and the bag plate. The damage marks are from the outside to the inside, and the fibers and scrims are worn or broken, or even fall off.

The reason for the damage is mostly poor installation, small bag mouth or too high pressure difference, so that the filter bag is separated from the bag plate and placed on the blowing pipe or dust collector cover, and finally the friction is damaged.

2. The position of the filter bag

(1) There is strip wear on the outside of the filter bag

① If the damage marks are from the inside to the outside and are damaged on the vertical wires of the bag cage, it means that the vertical wires of the bag cage are de-soldered or corroded, the filter bag is worn off or the injection pressure is too high, and the injection is too frequent, so that the filter bag and the bag cage are damaged. The contact position is folded and broken. Replacing the bag cage or adjusting the blower can solve the problem.

② If the damage traces from the outside to the inside, and the damage is on the vertical wires of the bag cage, it means that the deformation of the bag cage causes the friction between the filter bag and the filter bag to damage it, and the damage can be avoided by replacing the bag cage.

(2) The filter surface of the bag body of the liquid filter bag has progressive wear and tear, which mostly occurs in the lower part of the support ring of the bag cage, but rarely in the upper part. This type of damage is caused by soot scouring, and the problem is caused by uneven airflow distribution and high filtering wind speed.

3 The lower part of the filter bag is damaged

(1) The damage on the outer side of the lower part of the filter bag is more common in the bottom of the filter bag within 300mm upwards, and the damage is mostly on one side, the lower part is the most serious, and gradually decreases upwards. The local sewing thread will be worn off, and the sewing thread strength is good in the position that is not worn. This kind of damage is often caused by deformation of bag plates, too close spacing between perforated plates, deformation of bag cages, and excessively long filter bags. Individual filter bags and dust collector box walls are damaged due to friction. This kind of damage needs to strictly check the levelness of the bag plate, and the error should be less than one square meter, <1/1000, and a well-made bag cage should be used.

(2) The annular damage of the lower part of the filter bag is more common in dust collectors with high filtration wind speed or dust with strong abrasiveness. When one side of the filter bag is damaged, the smoke and dust wash away the damaged diagonal corners. Severe damage can cause the filter bag ring to break.

(3) The wear on the inner side of the lower part of the filter bag is more common in the contact position with the bag cage. Most of the diameters of the bag cage and the bottom of the bag cage are too different, which causes the filter bag to change too much during cleaning and filtration, and the bag cage is rubbed and damaged. It can be solved by replacing the high-quality bag cage.

4. The bottom of the filter bag is damaged

(1) The damage to the bottom of the filte

r bag is more common on the outside, and the damaged surface has obvious wear marks. The bottom sewing thread is worn off, the filter material base cloth is worn off, and in severe cases, the bottom of the bag is damaged or falls off as a whole. Adjust the ash hopper unloading work of the dust collector to avoid excessive dust accumulation and cause eddy current to wear filter bags.

(2) The inner wear of the bottom of the filter bag is more common when the bottom of the bag cage is too small or the filter bag is too long, and the bag cage can only be used to support the part of the bottom of the bag. Excessive action during cleaning and filtration of the filter bag causes wear on the inner side of the bottom of the filter bag.

(1) The inner side of the filter bag is mostly damaged because the difference between the outer diameter of the bag cage and the inner diameter of the filter bag is too large, which causes the inner side of the filter bag to wear due to the excessive movement of the filter bag during cleaning and filtration.

(2) The damaged position of the inner side of the filter bag is at the bag cage, and there are rust marks on the wear area. Most of the angular oxide layers are formed on the surface of the bag cage after corrosion. At this time, the surface of the bag cage is similar to that of sandpaper. Rub the filter bag once and eventually wear the filter bag. Just replace the high-quality bag cage.
