Steps to choose a duster bag
1. First understand the temperature of the flue gas to be treated: The filter bag is the core component of the filter bag. It is very important that the selected filter material can not adapt to the flue gas temperature. If the normal use temperature of the filter exceeds the temperature of the flue gas, the investment in the device is increased due to the high cost of the high-temperature filter. If the normal use temperature of the filter material is lower than the temperature of the flue gas, it may cause the bag to burn and cause great economic losses. So how to choose the filter according to the temperature of the flue gas? The filter can be divided according to the use of temperature: ambient temperature filter material below 130 °C, medium temperature filter material 130 ~ 180 °C, high temperature filter material 180 ~ 280 °C. It is known that the temperature of the flue gas and the temperature of the filter media are selected for the filter media.
2. The second step is to understand the composition of the flue gas: this includes the dust content, specific gravity, particle size, whether it is sticky, the moisture content of the flue gas and other parameters. By understanding these decisions, the dust removal method of the dust collector, the post-processing method of the filter material, and the filtration wind speed are determined. Under normal circumstances, a large amount of dust, dust is more viscous and light conditions selected pulse bag filter, the filter speed is mostly controlled at 1.2m/min above, a few conditions 1m/min below. Other conditions may depend on the use of high pressure backflush dust collector and cyclone dust collector. The post-treatment methods of filter media are generally microporous film, water repellent and oil repellent, anti-static (weave conductive yarn when weaving), easy to clear, etc., depending on the situation.
3. The third step is to understand the amount of flue gas that needs to be processed: The air flow from the dust collector is usually the working air volume plus the system air leakage coefficient (10%~15%). Knowing that the precipitator’s processing air flow rate and filtering air velocity can pass the formula: S = Q/60V to get the total filter area. Among them, S: Total filtering area Q: System processing air volume V: Filtering wind speed.

1. Correct use of dust collector bag
The correct use of dust bag
A. Correct and serious installation.
a. External filter type dust collector bag installation method: 1. The bag mouth and the porous plate are reliably sealed and fixed; 2. The dust collector bag hangs vertically below the perforated plate; 3. The adjacent dust collector bags do not collide with each other; 4. The dust collector The bag fits the frame correctly and the frame is straight and burr-free.
b Installation method of filter bag for inner filter type 1. Bag cap is installed on the top of the bag of dust collector and suspended on the beam of the filter by the hanging device. The lower end and the bag holder are reliably sealed and fixed; 2. The tension of the bag of the dust collector should be adjusted The specified value, so that the filter bag does not loosen and fall off during filtration and back blowing, and adjust each time after using the first week and the first month; 3. The fitting of the dust bag inside the bag (the tamper-proof ring) is correct, All fittings should not have burrs or breaks.
2. Reliable and effective cleaning.
When the dust collector bag is in use, the ash in the dust-increasing area gradually increases and the pressure difference rises. The dust should be removed through effective cleaning and the pressure difference inside and outside the filter bag should be kept within the set range.
