When the filter bag is in the process of operation, its plugging occurs. This is mainly due to its high filtration rate, dust stickiness, poor filter bag dust removal, fine dust, bag filter bag, condensation, compaction. If the precipitator operates at the filter speed, the design criteria for the filter bag are exceeded.

To a certain extent, the filter bag very easily causes the amount of fine dust in the flue gas to enter the inside of the fiber of the filter bag, so that the plugging resistance of the filter bag increases. It is better to use coated media, coated media, or pre-painted ash on the surface of the filter bag.

To a certain extent, filter bags need to reduce the filtering wind speed to a certain extent, or to increase the pressure of pulse injection, or to use an off-line pulse cleaning filter bag, but it is a better method. It is to increase the filter area, reduce the filtration speed, and extend the service life of the filter bag.

Poor cleaning of the filter bag mainly includes frequent cleaning and long cleaning time. Frequent cleaning frequency and excessive cleaning pressure make the filter bag fiber loose and increase the fine dust in the smoke to plug the filter bag. If the cleaning time is too long, the initial powder on the surface of the filter bag will be washed away, resulting in a decrease in the filtration accuracy of the filter bag.

When the filter bag is in operation, the cleaning time is too short. The dust on the surface of the filter bag is not fully cleaned and cleaned immediately. The filtration is then started. The dust gradually accumulates on the surface of the filter bag, causing the filter bag to become clogged. This problem is solved. It is possible to adjust the injection controller after several trial runs.
