Hot melt machine is an instrument that transfers the heat of heating plate to the fusion surface of upper and lower plastic heaters by electric heating method to make the surface melt, and then quickly withdraws the heating plate and fuses, solidifies and integrates the fusion surface of upper and lower plastic heaters after heating.
The whole machine is in the form of frame, which consists of upper template, lower template and hot template. It is equipped with hot die, upper and lower plastic cold die. The action mode is pneumatic control and manual form. It is mainly suitable for welding plastic parts such as household appliances, car lights and automobile dissolvers.
The equipment can be set according to the size of different plastic parts to set the heating power and mold size to achieve a variety of plastic workpiece welding, easy to operate, easy to use. The heating plate consists of two upper and lower blocks and is heated by an electric heating tube. The automatic control system is controlled by programmable logic controller (PLC) and touch screen man-machine interface. The movement of each cylinder is driven by air pressure. It is easy to operate, reliable in performance, compact in size and improves production efficiency and quality.
