After the medium enters the filter, it passes through the filter element from the outside to the inside, and the clean medium flows out of the outlet. Impurities are filtered to form a filter cake on the surface of the filter. As the thickness of the filter cake increases, the pressure difference between the filters gradually increases. When the pressure difference or time reaches the set value, the filter starts the partition backwash, and the recoil gas enters the top of the filter. At the same time, the lower drain valve of the equipment is opened, and the high-speed airflow inside the filter forms a blast. The airflow and the medium together pass through the filter element from inside to outside, and the filter cake on the filter element surface is removed.
2.2 Uses:
Used to separate solid particles from impurities in liquids.
In the hydrogenation unit, the feedstock oil is filtered to extend the life of the catalyst.
In the sulfur recovery, the solvent regeneration device protects the amine solution from foaming the amine solution.
