Fully automatic filter – fully automatic filter installation requirements
1 filter specifications should be selected with the installation of pipeline match, when the filter flow can not meet the requirements of the pipeline, the two (or more) filter can be installed in parallel, or do side filter treatment.
2 filter should be installed in the system to protect the place, the entrance of the impact of low pressure, it should also be installed near the pressure source place.
3 filter should be installed in series in the pipeline system, in order to ensure uninterrupted water supply during shutdown maintenance, it is recommended to set the system bypass, filter inlet and outlet and bypass should be set with cut off the ball valve. Where reflow may occur, check valves should be installed at the filter outlet.
4 Note that when the selection of automatic filter through the water temperature does not exceed its adaptation temperature.
5 installation site with three-phase 380V AC frequency (three-phase four-wire system). The sewage pipe is not more than 5 meters, to avoid back pressure.
6 DC system attention to filter accuracy, pretreatment, pressure matters, intermittent system attention to the use of timing control type.
7 a reasonable choice of installation environment, pay attention to waterproof, rain, moisture.
