Drawing
The main function of drawing is to improve the uneven length of sliver, including four steps: merging, drafting, mixing and slicing. After merging 6-8 slivers, elongate and draw to the prescribed weight, further improve the parallel degree of fiber straightening, use merging and drafting to make the fibers mix more evenly, mix them on the drawing machine, make the ripe sliver with good circle shape, and place the sequential tray in the sliver bucket for later process operation.
Roving
Yarn roving includes drafting and twisting. Drawing evenly elongates and draws the ripe sliver, further straightens and parallel the fibers, and then twists properly to give the sliver a certain strength, so as to facilitate roving winding and unwinding on the spinning frame in the back process.
Spinning
The purpose of yarn spinning is to obtain yarns of specified fineness and strength, mainly including drafting, twisting, winding and forming. Drawing will draw the roving to the required fineness, make the fibers straight and parallel, twist the sliver to a certain extent, enhance the strength of the yarn, and winding the yarn after drawing and twisting on the barrel to make a certain size and shape of the tube yarn, which is convenient for handling and post-processing.
Winding
The winding process is to winding the yarn (yarn) into a tube with large capacity, good shape and certain density, including two steps of winding and forming.
