Exhaust gas treatment equipment uses different technologies to protect the environment and purify the air by recycling or reducing the harmful components of the exhaust gas. Exhaust gas treatment is mainly a means of purifying industrial waste gas such as dust particles, smoke, dust, odor gas and toxic and harmful gases. Common exhaust gas treatments include soot exhaust gas treatment, dust exhaust gas treatment, organic waste gas treatment, exhaust gas odor treatment, acid and alkali waste gas treatment, and the like. The adsorption method includes: direct adsorption method, water absorption method, adsorption-catalytic combustion method, direct combustion method, catalytic combustion method, and absorption method. Here are several exhaust gas treatment methods for exhaust gas treatment equipment:
- Adsorption method . The adsorption function of the adsorbent is used to transfer the malodorous substance from the gas phase to the solid.
Advantages: It is suitable for treating malodorous gases with low concentration and high purification requirements. It has high purification efficiency and can handle multi-component malodorous gases.Disadvantages: The adsorption cost is expensive, the regeneration is difficult, and the malodorous gas to be treated is required to have a lower temperature and dust content. The method is suitable for the treatment of exhaust gas with small and medium air volume, and has simple operation, good effect and reasonable investment cost.
- Water absorption method: The exhaust gas treatment equipment utilizes the characteristics that some substances in the odor are easily soluble in water, so that the odor component is directly in contact with water, thereby dissolving in water to achieve the purpose of deodorization.
Scope of application: malodorous gases of water-soluble, organized sources.
Advantages: simple process, convenient management, low equipment running cost, secondary pollution, need to treat the washing liquid.
Disadvantages: low purification efficiency, should be used in combination with other technologies, and the treatment effect on mercaptans and fatty acids is poor. This method is simple and reliable, the investment is saved, and the air volume is not limited. - The condensation method reduces the temperature of the exhaust gas, causes the harmful substances to condense, condenses and separates from the exhaust gas, and achieves the purpose of purification. This method has large investment, high energy consumption, and is not suitable for treating large-volume exhaust gas.
- The combustion method is divided into a direct combustion method and a catalytic combustion method. The exhaust gas treatment equipment is suitable for treating high-concentration, small-gas flammable gases. Advantages: high purification efficiency, odorous substances are completely oxidized and decomposed.
Disadvantages: The equipment is easy to corrode and consumes fuel. It has high processing cost and is easy to form secondary pollution. In the direct combustion method, the exhaust gas containing harmful substances is sent to a burner for burning, and the catalytic combustion is to burn harmful substances in the exhaust gas with the help of a catalyst. The combustion method also has a large investment and high energy consumption. It is not suitable for treating large amounts of exhaust gas, and there is an environmental risk of secondary pollution.
