Single-machine bag filters are often used to treat some high-temperature dust in industrial dust removal. It is very likely that there will be a combustion explosion during the operation of the equipment, so the explosion-proof technology of the single bag filter is particularly important. This is the key step and technical measure to determine the stable operation of the equipment. Therefore, if the single-machine bag filter is stable and does not cause combustion and explosion, it is necessary to pay attention to the following problems:

  1. The device is sealed.

When the pipe and equipment of the single bag filter are poorly sealed, it may be burned and exploded due to air leakage or combustible leakage. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure the sealed type of the equipment system.

2. The plant is ventilated.

It is impossible to achieve good sealing of the pipeline system, so it is necessary to strengthen the ventilation of the plant to ensure that the concentration of combustibles in the workshop is not dangerous. Moreover, for workshops that emit a large amount of flammable gas due to accidents in the equipment or system failure, an accidental exhaust system should be installed for emergency use.

3. Strengthen the detection and control of combustibles concentration.

In order to prevent the concentration of combustibles in the pipeline system from reaching the explosive concentration, the necessary testing instruments should be set up to monitor the working status of the system frequently and realize automatic alarm. In the design of the system air volume, in addition to considering the purification requirements, the concentration of combustibles should be checked, and if necessary, the design air volume should be increased to ensure that the concentration of combustibles in the transport gas is lower than the lower limit of the explosive concentration.
