2.5 uneven airflow distribution
When there is uneven distribution of airflow, the dust collection rate is high in the place where the airflow speed is low, the dust collection rate is low in the place where the airflow velocity is high, and the dust collection amount is increased in the place where the airflow velocity is low is smaller than the dust collection amount in the place where the airflow velocity is high, and The total dust collection efficiency is reduced. In addition, the scouring phenomenon occurs in places where the airflow speed is high, and the dust that has been deposited on the dust collecting plate is again raised in a large amount.
2.6 leaking air
Since the electrostatic precipitator is used for negative pressure operation, if the connection of the housing is not tightly sealed, cold air will leak from the outside, so that the wind speed through the electric dust removal increases, and the temperature of the flue gas decreases, which causes the dew point of the flue gas to change. The dust collection performance is degraded. If air is leaked from the ash hopper or the ash discharge device, the collected dust will be re-flyed, the dust collection efficiency will be reduced, and the ash will be wetted and the ash hopper will be discharged. Smooth and even clogging. The 1# and 2# precipitators of Tao 2 Power Plant had leaked a large amount of high-temperature hot ash due to the sealing of the insulation chamber. Not only the dust removal effect was greatly reduced, but also the connection lines of many insulation coils burned out.
