Electromagnetic pulse valve installation precautions are as follows:
1. The electromagnetic pulse valve should pay attention to the conditions of use of the valve before installation, such as the working pressure range, power supply conditions (AC, DC, voltage size). Function, path and other than the check and the valve tag or the instructions to indicate whether the match .
2. The electromagnetic pulse valve should be installed on the test bench before ventilation, power test, check the commutation performance is normal.
3. Before the installation of the electromagnetic pulse valve, the rust, dust and other contaminants in the pipeline should be completely removed.
4. The installation of electromagnetic pulse valve should pay attention to the installation location of the electromagnetic pulse valve and the indicated airflow direction. It must not be connected wrong. Water filter, reducing valve and oil mist lubricator must be installed upstream of the valve gas source port. In order to ensure that the supply valve has a certain pressure of dry, clean, lubricated air for normal and reliable work.
5. When the electromagnetic pulse valve is commissioned, first adjust the pressure to 0.5-0.6 MPa, manually adjust the normal of each valve, and then debug the electric. After commissioning, adjust the system pressure to the engineering requirements.
