Specific items to be regularly tested on the dust bag:
1. Dust bag appearance inspection: dark spots, jumpers, punctures, defects, broken lines, joints and so on.
2. Special features: such as temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, electrostatic properties, hydrophobicity and so on.
3. Physical properties: such as the mass per unit area of the bag, thickness, amplitude, organization of the woven fabric, fabric density, bulk density of the nonwoven fabric, porosity, and the like.
4. Mechanical properties: such as the breaking strength of the dust bag, the elongation at break, the elongation in the latitude and longitude of the bag, and the bursting strength of the filter.
5. Filter dust characteristics: such as drag coefficient, static dust removal efficiency, dynamic dust removal efficiency, dynamic resistance of filter media, regeneration resistance coefficient and dust stripping rate.
