Dust bag characteristics:
(1) The dust bag combines the advantages of rotary backflushing and pulse cleaning, and adopts pulsed rotary blow-back cleaning method. Therefore, there is no need to arrange more pulse valves like the pulse dust collector to reduce the maintenance rate; and The pulse cleaning method avoids the shortcomings of the large air consumption of the rotary blow-dry cleaning method, and does not increase the reverse blower, making the structure of the dust collector more concise.

(2) The side air intake arrangement is adopted. The ash-containing flue gas enters from the side of the bag, and the filtered clean flue gas is drained from the upper part of the dust collector. With this arrangement, the system resistance is small, and the dust can quickly fall into the ash hopper after cleaning, and the secondary adsorption rate of dust is small. An air flow buffering and equalizing device is arranged in the entrance of the flue gas, so that part of the coarse dust particles in the dust-containing flue gas slides into the ash hopper after impact, so as to prevent the dust particles from directly hitting the filter bag from damaging the dust-removing bag, and protecting the filter bag The role.

(3) The online cleaning method was adopted. The bag can be cleaned separately without isolation from the smoke, and a slow rotating air duct above the panel sprays a large amount of air toward the upper opening of the bag. Compressed air is reversed to normal smoke, causing the bag to open violently, shaking off the dust and dropping it into the ash bucket below.
