With the increasing demand for environmental protection emissions, domestic companies are increasingly demanding high-temperature filter materials in the field of high-temperature dust removal. In some application areas where the filtration accuracy is relatively high and the filtration speed is relatively large, the introduction of foreign special function FMS filter bags is generally used. For example, Ryton, which is used in power industry and coal-fired boilers, is also called Procon needle felt, P84 needle felt used in waste incinerators, asphalt concrete mixing and some smelters, steel mills. The Matex high temperature resistant needle felts that have been used all rely on imports for their raw materials. Because of their high prices, some factories are not able to afford high economic costs. Therefore, the import of high-temperature filter material is subject to cost constraints, promotion and application are limited, and there are still some defects and deficiencies in the import of high-temperature filter materials in temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance.
In the manufacturing process of FMS filter bags, composite technologies such as lamellar compounding and blending of various raw materials and the application of fine PTFE micro-particles, such as permeation cross-linking, are used. Several kinds of high-temperature resistant fibers such as P84, Procon, Basofil, etc. were carded into glass with different ratios. The two layers of fiberglass and glass fiber base fabrics were needled into felts, and the needle felts were treated with fluorine-containing additives. The agent undergoes finishing and forms various types of flume mats. The difference between it and other high-temperature fiber directly carded and needled felt is as follows:

2, the surface layer of chemical fiber filter or microfiber surface layer, the accuracy is higher;
3, base cloth can choose high-strength base fabric or temperature, acid and alkali performance of the base cloth;
4. Apply PTFE coating, osmotic particle distribution, pre-coated polytetrafluoroethylene polymer particles, and use different particle diameter suspension coatings as required.
