The core spun yarn is generally made of a synthetic fiber filament having a strong strength and elasticity as a core yarn, and a yarn which is spun by twisting short fibers such as cotton, wool, viscose and the like. The core spun yarn combines the excellent properties of a filament yarn and an outer staple fiber.
At present, the core-spun yarn has been developed into many types, which are summarized as short-fiber and short-fiber core-spun yarn, chemical fiber filament and short-fiber core-spun yarn, chemical fiber filament and chemical fiber filament core-spun yarn. At present, more core-spun yarns are generally made of chemical fiber filaments as core yarns, and a variety of short fibers are formed to form a unique structure of core-spun yarn.
