The paint on the box body of the bag filter has fallen off, causing rain leakage and the bolts and surrounding seals are not tightly sealed. Therefore, for high-temperature and high-humidity gas, in order to ensure that the dust collector prevents condensation and ensure the normal operation of the dust collector, the dust collector should be insulated. It can be insulated with rock wool, glass wool, polyphenylester and other materials. The insulation layer of the dust collector is wetted by rain, which is easy to corrode the cabinet. Therefore, the dust collector placed in the open must have adequate protection measures when it rains.
Corrosion problem inside the dust collector box. The inside of the box of the bag filter is in an environment that is prone to condensation, adhesion of dust and dissolution of gas, which may cause corrosion. Inside the bag filter, the welded parts between the steel plates and the angle iron, the edges of the flower plates are all easily corroded places. Therefore, the interior of the box must
be painted with corrosion-resistant paint, and evenly coated on the top of the dust collector box. When dealing with purifying gas, most of the general purifying gas is acidic, so it is necessary to choose epoxy resin corrosion-resistant coating.
Air leakage in the gap of the bag filter box. There are rubber, foot pads and asbestos pads in the crevices of the dust collector’s box. When it is used for a long time or the shelf life has passed, some pads will be deteriorated, damaged and fall off, causing the dust collector to leak air. When this important condition is found, it must be repaired or replaced in time to ensure the tightness of the dust collector.
