Overview

The cold ash bucket refers to a bucket-shaped hearth structure composed of a water wall of a pulverized coal boiler at a certain inclination angle (generally 50° to 55°). It is mainly used to cool and collect ash and discharge it in a solid state.

For the combustion chamber of the solid waste slag boiler, the cold ash bucket is formed by bending the lower part of the front and rear wall water wall inward. Its function is mainly to collect, cool and automatically discharge ash, and to facilitate the connection and sealing of the lower header with the ash well.

The liquid slag furnace has no cold ash bucket, and the bottom part is a slag pool composed of water-cooled wall tubes. The liquid slag is removed through the slag port arranged at the center of the slag pool or the front wall, and the liquid slag needs to maintain high temperature, usually from All the refractory belts are laid from the burner area to the bottom of the slag pool.
