It is a high-efficiency dust collector with a purification rate of over 99% and a pressure loss of about 800-1500Pa. The filter load is high, the filter material wears lightly, the service life is long, and the operation is stable and reliable. It is a bag filter with a wide range of uses.
Pulse bag filters are classified by structure:
According to the structure of the cleaning device, it can be divided into three types: tube type jet pulse dust collector, box type jet pulse dust collector and mobile jet pulse dust collector.
(1) Tube type jet pulse bag type dust collector.
When the pulse dust collector is cleaned, the compressed air is directly injected into the filter bag from the orifice of the blow pipe at the upper portion of the filter bag opening.
Some venturis are installed at the mouth of the filter bag to conduct the flow, and some do not install the venturi, but the orifice of the blow pipe is required to be on a vertical line with the center of the filter bag. Some venturis are installed at the mouth of the filter bag to conduct the flow, and some do not install the venturi, but the orifice of the blow pipe is required to be on a vertical line with the center of the filter bag. Tube blowing is the most common method of cleaning. Its characteristic is that it is easy to achieve uniform injection of all filter bags, and the filter bag has good cleaning effect.
(2) Box type jet pulse bag type dust collector.
The box type spray nozzle is provided, and one dust collector is divided into a plurality of filter bag chambers, and the installation is matched with the bag chamber by a plurality of pulse valves. The biggest advantage of the box type injection is that the blowing device is simple and the bag change is convenient to repair. However, the number of single-chamber filter bags is limited.
If the number of filter bags is too large, it will affect the cleaning effect of the filter bag.
(3) Mobile jet pulse dust collector.
A moving nozzle is composed of a pulse valve and a movable tube and a plurality of nozzles, and each group of filter bags is provided with a gas collecting chamber which is separated from each other. When the nozzle moves to a certain gas collection, the pulse valve is opened, and the high-pressure air is sprayed into the tank by the nozzle, and then separately enters each filter bag for cleaning, which is characterized in that a plurality of filter bags are sprayed by a single blowing device.
