1. Recycled fiber
The production of regenerated fiber is inspired by the silkworm silk, using natural polymer compounds such as cellulose and protein as raw materials, chemically processed to form a concentrated solution of the polymer, and then spun and post-treated to obtain the textile fiber.
1)Regenerated Cellulose Fiber
Regenerated fiber made from natural cellulose is called regenerated cellulose fiber because its chemical composition is the same as that of natural cellulose.
Viscose fiber is made of natural cotton linters and wood. It has the following outstanding advantages:
① The hand feels soft and lustrous, and the viscose fiber is as soft as cotton fiber and smooth as silk fiber.
② Good hygroscopicity and good gas permeability. The basic chemical composition of viscose fiber is the same as that of cotton fiber. Therefore, some of its properties are similar to those of cotton fiber. The difference is that its hygroscopicity and gas permeability are better than cotton fiber. It can be said that It is the best hygroscopic and breathable of all chemical fibers.
③The dyeing performance is good. Because the viscose fiber has strong hygroscopicity, the viscose fiber is easier to color than the cotton fiber, the color is pure and gorgeous, and the chromatogram is also the most complete.
The biggest disadvantage of viscose fiber is poor wet fastness and poor elasticity. The fabric is easy to wrinkle and difficult to recover; acid and alkali resistance are not as good as cotton fiber.
2)Rich and strong fiber commonly known as tiger kapok, strong artificial cotton. It is a denatured viscose fiber.
Compared with ordinary viscose fiber (ie, artificial cotton, artificial wool, rayon), Fuqiang fiber has the following main features:
① The strength is high, that is to say, the strong fiber fabric is stronger and more durable than the viscose fabric.
② The shrinkage rate is small, and the shrinkage rate of the rich and strong fibers is half of the viscose fiber.
③The elasticity is good, and the clothes made of rich and strong fibers are relatively flat, and the wrinkle resistance is better than the viscose fiber.
④The alkali resistance is good. Since the alkali resistance of the strong fiber is better than that of the viscose fiber, the selection of the detergent such as soap in the strong fiber fabric is not as strict as that of the viscose fiber.
