  • The chemical fiber is a fiber having a textile property obtained by using a natural polymer compound or a synthetic polymer compound as a raw material, and a process of preparing a spinning dope, spinning, and post-treatment.
    The length, thickness, whiteness, gloss and other properties of the fiber can be adjusted during the production process. And have the advantages of light resistance, wear resistance, easy to wash and dry, no mold, no insects and so on. Widely used in the manufacture of clothing fabrics, filter cloth, conveyor belts, hoses, ropes, fishing nets, electrically insulated wires, medical sutures, tire cords and parachutes. Generally, the polymer compound can be made into a solution or a melt, which is extruded from the pores of the spinneret and then solidified to form a fiber. The product can be continuous filaments, staple fibers cut into length or uncut strands.
