The high-pressure fan is used for back-blowing and cleaning, which is not limited by the air source conditions in use. The wearing parts are few, the maintenance is simple, the operation is reliable, the shortcomings of compressed air pulse cleaning and the anti-blowing action are large. Long filter bags can be used to make full use of space and occupy a small footprint.
The ladder type flat bag is arranged in the cylinder body, the structure is simple and compact, and the filter area index is high. Under the action of anti-blowing, the trapezoidal flat bag has a large amplitude, and only one vibration can shake off the dust, which is beneficial to improve the life of the filter bag.
Using the resistance of the dust collector as a signal, the rotary backflushing can be automatically controlled, and the cleaning cycle is automatically adjusted depending on the inlet concentration.
The cover of the device is divided into multiple pieces, which can be opened at will, and it is very convenient to change bags and maintain.
After several times of design of the device, the inlet concentration is not necessarily limited to 15 g/m3. Even if it is 150 g/m3, it is not necessary to increase the cyclone. This device has the function of a cyclone, but there is no resistance to the cyclone.
