In the filtering equipment, the horizontal belt and vertical filters have tension. With the addition of the pressure for liquid-solid separation, the anti-stretch, stability, and anti-shrinkage characteristics of the filter cloth can ensure the normal operation of the filter cloth. After a certain period of time, the filter cloth cannot be used due to serious stretching and shrinking.
Cake removal is more important for the filter cloth. No matter what kind of equipment or industrial field, poor cake removal will easily cause blockage of the filter cavity and affect the filtering effect. Except for a few common characteristics, high-temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, and good water permeability are all required in their respective fields.

Horizontal belt type: easy to take off the cake, wear resistance, high strength, good stability;
Vertical: high strength, very strong tensile resistance, strong regeneration ability (easy to recover), easy to take off the cake;
Plate frame: good sealing performance, wear resistance (not easy to break), good water permeability;
Electrolysis: Corrosion resistance, to ensure stable water permeability,
Desulfurization in power plants: corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high-temperature resistance;
Leaf Filter: good air permeability, good water permeability, fast cake removal.
