Iron and steel production process is complex, each link has dust and waste generation, pollution source distribution is extremely wide. Dust is released at almost every stage from raw material preparation, coking, sintering, ironmaking and steelmaking.
2. The dusty gas discharge is big, the concentration is high
The amount of dust gas emitted at each stage is large, of which iron and steel are the largest. The dust concentration in the production process is relatively high. The concentration of smoke produced during converter blowing is as high as 50g/Nm3.

Smoke compositions： CO, CO2, SO2, NOx, HS, HCL, HF,ect.
Dust compositions：Mainly iron dust and raw material dust, other CaO, MgO, ZnO, etc.
Dust concentration：0.5-1.5t/m3
The dust particle size is mainly 0.2-20 micron
