Bag filter operation steps

1.First, place the bag filter on the machine position that needs to be filtered. After connecting the inlet and outlet flanges or pipe teeth, fix the filter, and then block the exhaust port, or configure an exhaust valve, and the jacket type device is connected to the heat preservation heat source;

2.Put the metal inner net into the bag filter gently so that the neckline of the inner net can be matched with the mouth of the bag filter;

3. Place the filter bag so that the ring opening of the filter bag can coincide with the neck opening of the metal inner mesh;

4.Place the O-shaped sealing ring in the O-shaped groove. The O-shaped sealing ring should not be twisted or deformed. Fasten the filter bag pressing ring on the multi-bag machine；

5.Use one hand to hold the upper cover handle and the other hand to hold the other end of the upper cover;

6.After the upper cover part is aligned, tighten the two diagonal hanging caps at the same time, and then tighten all the hanging caps one by one;

7.Close the exhaust valve installed on the top of the bag filter;

8.It is necessary to check whether each connecting pipe is firm, and the working pressure needs to be within the allowable range of the filter;

9.Open the output valve, so that the liquid can slowly flow in and fill the filter to prevent a large amount of liquid from instantaneously impacting the filter bag and causing the filter bag to rupture. Then observe whether there is any leakage in the filter bag. If there is no leakage, normal operation can be started.
