Filter bag for lubricating oil applications
Lubricating oil contains impurities mainly caused by the following two aspects:
- Raw materials such as base oils and additives are brought in by themselves.
- Introduced through system facilities such as filling machines and pipelines.
The impact of packaging on cleanliness, lubricant packaging is generally divided into iron drums and plastic buckets. The iron drum is produced by a roll-sealing process, and the plastic drum is produced by a blow molding process. Due to their production process, both processes inevitably leak the package into the air; making fine dust in the air enter the barrel. These impurities accumulated in the package can contaminate the lubricating oil and affect the cleanliness of the lubricating oil.
The impact of the operating environment on cleanliness, during the filling operation in a completely open space. During the filling process, a large amount of dust floating in the air in the working space inevitably enters the package, thereby affecting the cleanliness of the lubricating oil.
The impact of the filling equipment on the cleanliness, because the filling equipment (including pipelines, filling machines, etc.) is in direct contact with the lubricating oil, if its cleanliness is not high, it will contaminate the cleaned lubricating oil that has been filtered.
The Absolute Precision Filter Bag has extremely high particle removal efficiency, high quality filtration, extensive chemical compatibility and no silicone resin, with a filtration efficiency of 99%.
