During the operation of the precipitator, if the resistance of the precipitator is found to increase rapidly in a short period of time, it means that the precipitator has a problem and should be repaired and adjusted.

1 poor cleaning device adjustment
Check the quality of compressed air, whether it contains oil or water, check whether the air supply pipeline is unblocked, check whether the pulse solenoid valve is working properly, whether the fastening bolt is loose, if the diaphragm is damaged, if the electromagnetic coil is loose, and if the valve core is stuck; Whether the setting of the controller complies with the requirements and whether it has been changed; whether the jet manifold or the venturi is installed accurately;

2 filter bag clogging
Blockage of the filter bag is mainly due to excessive filtering speed, fine dust, sticky dust, poor cleaning of the filter bag, and dampness of the filter bag.
If the design of filter gas speed filter bag that the dust collector operates is very easy to cause fine dust in the airflow to get stuck inside the filter bag fiber. As a result, plugging of the filter bag occurs. It is better to use coated media or to pre-coat protective powder on the surface of the filter bag.
For viscous dust, it is necessary to reduce the filtration rate, or increase the pressure of the pulse injection, or to use an off-line pulse cleaning filter bag, but it is better to increase the filtration area, in order to reduce the filtration rate, extend Filter bag life.
Poor cleaning of filter bags mainly includes frequent ash cleaning and long cleaning time. Frequent cleaning will make the filter bag loose fiber tissue and increase the fine dust in the exhaust gas to block the filter bag. Too long cleaning time will clean the initial powder layer on the surface of the filter bag.
If the cleaning time is too short and the dust on the surface of the filter bag has not been completely cleaned, then the filtration will begin. The dust will gradually accumulate on the surface of the filter bag, causing the filter bag to become clogged. This problem can be solved several times. Trial run to adjust.
Causes of moisture in filter bags: Compressed air used for cleaning is too cold. To prevent the filter bag from getting wet, in cold areas, the compressed air used for cleaning can be increased in temperature, warmed, degreasing, and water removed. After the dust collector is stopped, the dust can be removed for 10-20 minutes. Water content is the biggest cause of filter bag clogging. The reason for moisture content is usually condensation at low temperature. Especially when dealing with combustion or high-temperature smoke, the following methods can be used to prevent this:
(1)Avoid improper boot
(2)Avoid booting when the dust collector resistance is large;
Turns on when the dew point is below;
When the dust collector stops, the filter bag is restarted when there is condensed water on the surface. In this case, a large amount of dust-laden air is introduced, and the high humidity causes muddy surface of the filter bag.
In order to prevent this, the precipitator inlet dust air or pre-dust layer should be warmed up.
(3)Boot at below dew point
The dust collector operates at a temperature below the dew point and is prone to problems. If the intake air is not evenly distributed, it may easily cause partial corrosion of the dust collector housing. Therefore, the dust collector should be prevented from working below the dew point, and the heat preservation device should be used.
(4) Air infiltration
The air infiltrates the movable device that often occurs on the flange, access door or dust collector of the dust collector. If the seal is not strict, the outside air enters the dust collector.
When the high-temperature exhaust gas is treated, a low-temperature zone is generated inside the dust collector, resulting in condensation at a low temperature, corrosion of the dust collector, and moisture of the filter bag.

3 Improper gas distribution
If the gas distribution of the dust collector is uneven, resistance will occur when the dust collector is turned on. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the air intake of the dust collector is evenly distributed.
