2. The pressure loss of the membrane filter material is higher than that of the ordinary filter material at the beginning of use, but after it is put into operation. The pressure loss does not change much with the increase of the use time, while the pressure loss of the ordinary filter material will become larger and larger with the extension of the use time.
3. When ordinary filter media are in use, dust can easily enter the interior, and accumulate more and more, until the pores are blocked, making it unusable. With the use of PTFE coated filter material, the filtered dust can be easily removed from the surface of the film, the dust removal effect is good, and the cycle is long. The cleaning pressure intensity is low, thereby increasing the service life of the filter material, and can significantly reduce the maintenance workload of the dust collector, and reduce the operating cost of the product.
