The filter cartridge has the following advantages compared with the bag industrial dust collector:
- Dust removal efficiency is relatively high. For general micron-scale dust removal efficiency of up to 99.99%, some filter cartridges with high processing capacity are up to 99.99% for PM0.5.
- The resistance is small. For ordinary powders, the filter dust collector resistance is less than 1000Pa, and the amount of powder with strong adhesion is generally about 1500Pa.
- The inlet concentration range is wide. The ordinary polyester filter cartridge or folding filter cartridge can handle the airflow with high dust concentration at the inlet. The dust concentration of the inlet can reach 250g/m3.
- The filter has a wide range of wind speeds, and the filter cartridges of different materials have different wind speeds. The filter belt speed of the universal bag filter is about 1m/min, while the filter wind speed of the paper filter cartridge is at least 0.3m/min, and the filter wind speed of the folding filter cartridge is 2.4m/min.
- The washing performance is good. In addition to the paper filter material, other filter cartridges such as polyester filter cartridge and membrane filter cartridge can generally be washed with water and can be reused after drying.
- Compact layout, space saving and easy maintenance.
