Filter installation and use
First, high efficiency filter air outlet size must meet the design requirements. Before installation should be clean. To install and replace the high efficiency filter in the clean room of the air supply outlet, tuyere edge and ceiling panels should be added between the joints of gasket. Install and replace the high-performance filter in the technical interlayer of the outlet, the installation should be completed with civil construction embedded short tube, short pipe and ceiling cracks between the cracks must be good. No tuyere surface coating shall be installed. Air outlet should be installed immediately and air duct connection is good, open end with plastic film and tape density.
Second, high efficiency filter Before installation, must be a comprehensive clean room clean, wipe clean air inside the system if dust, should be cleaned again, wipe clean, to clean requirements. If a high efficiency filter is installed in the technical sandwich or suspended ceiling, the technical sandwich or suspended ceiling should also be cleaned and wiped cleanly.
Third, the clean room and clean air conditioning system to meet the cleaning requirements, clean air conditioning system must be commissioned. Continuous operation for more than 12h, clean again, clean the clean room immediately after the installation of high efficiency filter.
Fourth, the efficient transport and storage of the filter should be placed in accordance with the direction of the manufacturer logo. Transportation should be handled gently, to prevent severe vibration and collision.
5, high efficiency filter Before installation, must be unpacked at the installation site for visual inspection, including the filter paper, sealant and frame for damage; side length, diagonal and thickness size to meet the requirements; frame with or without burr and rust (Metal frame); whether product certification, technical performance is in line with design requirements. And then leak detection. The inspection and leak detection should be installed immediately. Install the filter should be based on the size of the rational allocation of resistance for unidirectional flow, the same outlet or air supply surface between the filters, each rated resistance and the difference between the average resistance should be less than 5%. Cleanliness level is equal to and higher than 100 clean room efficient filter.
6, the installation of high efficiency filter frame should be smooth. Each high efficiency filter installation frame flatness tolerance is less than 1mm.
Seal between the high efficiency filter and the frame Seal, sticker, negative pressure seal, tank seal and double ring seal and other methods, must be the filler surface, the filter frame surface and the framework surface and the tank wipe clean.
8, the use of gasket, the pad thickness should not exceed 8mm, compression rate of 25% to 30%. Seal liquid tank, the liquid level within the tank to meet the design requirements, the joints of the framework may not have exudate. When using double-ring seal, do not put the hole on the ring when the sealing strip is affixed; double-ring seal and negative pressure seal must keep the negative pressure pipeline open.
9, the installation of high efficiency filter, the arrow on the frame should be consistent with the direction of airflow. When it is mounted vertically, the crease of the filter paper should be perpendicular to the ground.
