When the dust-laden gas passes through the dust collector, the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the cloth bag, and the clean gas enters the cloth bag through the filter material. The cage is used to support the bag and prevent it from collapsing, while it aids in the removal and redistribution of the dust cake.
In the process of using the cloth bag, if the wind speed of its filtration is relatively high, this is also the main reason for the damage of the cloth bag directly. In the process of making cloth bags, some companies blindly save equipment costs, increase their profits, and increase the wind speed of their filtration during the design process. The poor quality cloth bag will not respond to the user’s use in a relatively short period of time, but this will shorten the service life of the cloth bag. In this way, the customer did not save money, but brought a relatively large economic burden and wasted time.
Cleaning method:
1. Gas cleaning: Gas cleaning is to use high-pressure gas or external atmosphere to blow back the bag to remove the dust on the bag. Gas cleaning includes pulse jet cleaning, reverse blowing and reverse suction.
2. Mechanical vibrating dust cleaning: divided into top vibrating dust cleaning and middle vibrating dust cleaning (both for cloth bags). It is to periodically vibrate the bags in turn with the help of a mechanical rapping device to remove the dust on the bags.
3. Manual beating: Manually beating each bag to remove the dust on the bag.
The cloth bag needs to correctly select the dust removal cloth bag suitable for the corresponding dust temperature. If the temperature is too high during the use process, the selected cloth bag will exceed the normal use temperature, so the service life of the product will be shortened, and the situation will be serious. In the case of burning, the bag should be measured and calculated during the selection process, and the corresponding dust bag should be selected in the process of use. The processing of the bag is very important. In recent years, some small manufacturers have used their sewing machines for processing. The quality of the raw materials used is relatively poor.
