The off-line valve adopts a pneumatic linear quick-opening structure, and the 0-type two-way sealing ring adopts high temperature resistant fluororubber. The general temperature resistance reaches 200 degrees, and the service life is at least 3 years. Simple and reliable pneumatic valves are used, with low failure rate and easy maintenance. Off-line valve (or pneumatic valve) is equipped with one per room, which can make the dust collector have off-line maintenance function. The off-line valve is of thin plate type. Controlled by the cylinder, the whole valve structure is simple and reliable. Fast opening and closing, low leakage rate when closed. Through PLC, one or more warehouses can be controlled to work at the same time, and one or more warehouses can be closed for off-line maintenance. When the off-line valve and the manual switch valve are closed, it can ensure that the warehouse is completely off-line, thereby realizing the single warehouse maintenance under the working state of the dust collector (the manual switch valve can also be used for adjusting the air intake). The limit and in-position indication devices on the off-line valve allow the operator to detect its operating condition in time.
