The adjustment of the setting value of the cleaning pressure difference and the cleaning frequency: For the three cleaning modes (slow cleaning, medium cleaning and fast cleaning) under different dust loads of the filter bag. The setting of the switching point parameters must consider the service life of the filter bag to control the differential pressure of the dust collector within a reasonable range. In actual operation, it is necessary to keep the pressure difference within a reasonable range, but also to reduce the frequency of ash cleaning as low as possible.

When the pulse valve or pipeline leaks, the cleaning pressure will drop, the cleaning method will gradually change from slow speed to fast cleaning, and the system pressure difference will increase. At this time, it is necessary to find the leakage point in time, determine the leakage location, and if necessary, the operation of the leakage chamber should be disconnected, and immediately contact and deal with it to prevent serious consequences caused by unstable system parameters.
