- Clean the dust
High-frequency vibration is used to remove all the larger dust particles entering the wall of the filter bag without affecting the entanglement fastness of the fiber, maintaining the goodness of the filter bag and the easy peeling of dirt.
- Chemical experiment processing
Take samples of cloth bags and use comparative instruments to test the oily components of the filter bags, so as to select suitable washing materials to clean the filter bags to the limit without causing any damage to the filter bags.
- Drug soaking
Choose a more suitable chemical agent to soak the filter bag to limit the oily dirt in the gap of the bag to increase the air permeability of the filter bag.
- Cleaning
Choose appropriate washing materials and strict proportioning. Low temperature water cleaning, uniform water flow, moderate strength, no mechanical damage to the bag.
- Drying
It is dried with hot air around 110 degrees Celsius to maintain the dimensional stability of the filter bag, and the filter bag will not deform or shrink after drying.
- Detection
Use instruments to detect the physical indicators of the cleaned filter bag to ensure that the cleaning quality meets the requirements. (The ones that do not meet the standards will be repaired until they are qualified.)
- Repair
Repair the filter bags that are damaged due to wear and corrosion during use, with a high recycling rate. For the damaged filter bag accessories, our company will provide users with new accessories at the cost price.
- Quality inspection packaging
The fully cleaned and qualified filter bags undergo strict quality inspection, sub-packaged, and pasted with the inspection certificate, and then shipped to the designated warehouse for delivery.
