1. Bag Filter Reuse

4.1  Bag filters are disposable in nature. Under normal circumstances, reuse and repeat use are not recommended. Reuse will compromise filter media integrity, resulting not only in performance failure, but also cross contamination.

  1. Bag Filter Storage

5.1  Bag filters are seal packed in heavy duty carton boxes. Unused bag filters must be re-packed into the plastic bags to keep them from dust and humility.

5.2  Following the storage instructions printed on the carton box. DO NOT over stack as excessive weight will damage bag filters. Avoid prolonged storage.

  1. Used Bag Filter Disposal

6.1  Maximum caution is essential when remove bag filters used to filter health hazardous liquid. Operators must ware appropriate gears at all time.

6.2   Dispose used bag filters in accordance with applicable government regulations and laws.

  1. Need to Knows

7.1  Differential Pressure: It is important to check pressure differential regularly during operation. Operating above the recommended 0.10 MPa(15PSI) change out pressure differential will negatively affect flow rate, reduce production efficiency.

7.2  System Failure: If pressure differential suddenly drops, stop operation immediately and check for possible seal failure and / or filter rupture.

7.3  Bypass: Filtration brings about pressure differential. Pressure differential will gradually build up as filters retain more and more contaminants. No pressure differential and/or no pressure differential increase imply that there is no actual filtration is taking place. Stop operation and check for possible seal failure and / or filter rupture.
