The dust collector skeleton is composed of two or more kinds of high temperature resistant fibers mixed and layered to achieve high and new physical and chemical properties. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high strength, resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, abrasion resistance, folding resistance, etc. After different surface chemical treatment and finishing technology, it also has the characteristics of easy cleaning, water and oil resistance, and antistatic.
Compared with the glass fiber cloth bag, the dust collector frame has significantly improved abrasion resistance, folding resistance and peel strength, and can bear high filtration load. The filtering speed can reach more than 1.0 meters per minute, and the running resistance is low. Compared with synthetic chemical fiber high temperature resistant filter material, it overcomes the weakness of chemical fiber filter material with large elongation, large deformation, low temperature resistance, and poor corrosion resistance; the product has dimensional stability and strength, and the price is lower than other high temperature chemical fiber .
The frame of the dust collector is also called the dust removal frame, also known as the bag cage. It is formed by one-time welding using special equipment. The dust collector frame is the ribs of the filter bag. The quality of the dust collector frame directly affects the working state and service life of the filter bag. Post-treatment is galvanized or plastic sprayed on the surface, and other coatings can be applied on the surface according to the requirements of customers.
The working principle of the dust collector skeleton:
- Pre-separation:
The dust-containing gas discharged from the vertical kiln enters the inlet manifold of the dust collector through the flue. Under the negative pressure of the induced draft fan of the dust removal system, it enters each bag chamber of the dust collector evenly above the center of the ash hopper. The particulate dust directly falls into the ash hopper due to the blocking of the deflector and the effect of its own gravity to complete the pre-separation of the dust.
- Filtering:
Dust-containing gas enters the filter bag through the hole of the flower plate. The dust is trapped on the inner surface of the filter bag, and the dust-containing gas is filtered by the filter bag to be purified. The purified gas enters the bag chamber, and then is discharged into the atmosphere by the exhaust fan through the exhaust switching channel of the lift switch valve and the air outlet pipe. The dust collector is an air filter with a top air outlet and a negative pressure operation.
The cleaning method can be divided into two methods: fixed time and fixed resistance.
The regular cleaning is based on the time program. Each room will automatically take turns cleaning according to the adjustable time parameter. The cleaning cycle of the dust collector is adjustable in six steps within 0 to 2.5 hours. The dust removal time of each room is 10 seconds to 3 seconds, and there are six options.
The fixed-resistance dust removal is performed by sampling the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the dust removal framework and converting the differential pressure transmitter into an electrical signal. The working process is as follows: inlet and outlet pressure taking device, differential pressure transmitter, dust cleaning controller, relay, solenoid valve, cylinder lift switch valve.
In addition to the above two control methods, a manual control mechanism is also provided, which can manually perform normal dust removal control. For the convenience of operation and management, it is recommended to use the regular cleaning method.
