The filter material of glass fiber coated dust bag is a new type of filter material with high efficiency, low resistance, high filtering precision and long life. Its superior function is incomparable to that of ordinary filter material. At present, it has been widely used in iron and steel, cement, ferroalloy, carbon black and other professions with excellent effect. Glass fiber membrane filter material is a high temperature resistant dust removal filter bag, that is to say, high temperature resistance is the minimum function of glass fiber membrane filter material, but when the temperature of the adhesive glass fiber membrane filter material reaches 80 ℃ or above, the adhesive used for bonding has melted, at this moment, there will be a series of severe consequences such as falling off of the membrane, increasing resistance, etc., while the hot pressed glass fiber membrane filter material (PTFE microporous membrane is covered with high temperature hot pressing technology It can operate continuously in the environment of 260 ℃ or lower, and its function will not change.

Because of the particularity of the application place of the glass fiber covered filter bag, it is very important to distinguish the quality of the glass fiber covered filter material. Here is a summary of how to distinguish the quality of the glass fiber covered filter material without special equipment.

Visually identify the samples provided by the manufacturer:

  1. Feel. The hand feeling of the glass fiber membrane filter material produced by hot pressing technology is very smooth, while the appearance of the adhesive glass fiber membrane filter material has obvious wet hand feeling. Although the degree of the wet feeling of the products of each manufacturer is different, the hand feeling of the two materials is significantly different in any case.
  2. 90% of the adhesives used for adhesive glass fiber membrane filtration materials are general organic solvent based adhesives, so if this kind of glass fiber membrane filtration materials is put into organic solvent for a little immersion, it can make the adhesive lose effect, at this time, the membrane can be easily removed from the glass fiber base cloth, and the commonly used organic solvents are benzene, ketone, lipid and other organic solvents.
  3. The use of adhesive glass fiber membrane filter material can not withstand high temperature, it can be heated to about 100 ℃, at this time, PTFE microporous membrane can be easily removed from the glass fiber base cloth, and the hot pressed glass fiber membrane filter material can not be removed when the temperature reaches 300 ℃.
