The filter bag plays a very important role in the filtration process. Generally, the filter bag can be divided into polypropylene filter bag, polyester filter bag, nylon filter bag, degreasing filter bag, double-layer filter bag and microfiber filter bag. The matching ring mouth includes stainless steel ring, polyester plastic ring, polypropylene plastic ring, etc. the sewing process can be divided into WS ultrasonic welding and Se thread sewing. Manufacturing standard of filter bag: during the manufacturing process of filter bag, the longitudinal suture of filter bag must be firm, straight and not less than three. The circular seam of the filter bag mouth must be firm and not less than two. The circular seams of the anti shrinking ring of the filter bag must be firm and at least two on each side. Single thread is allowed for the circular suture at the bottom of filter bag, but more than two circles must be sewn. The size deviation of the filter bag manufacturer’s blanking length is ± 10 mm, the sewing needle code around the filter bag shall be uniform, the longitudinal needle code of the filter bag shall not be less than 15 stitches / 10 cm, and the transverse needle code shall not be less than 12 stitches / 10 cm; the sewn cloth bag shall be free of holes and damage defects; the filter bag with diameter greater than 200 mm and length greater than 5000 mm shall be subject to tensile test, and its elongation shall meet the requirements.

  1. Continuous jumpers are not allowed, and the jumpers in 1m suture shall not exceed 1 needle, 1 thread and 1 place;
  2. There is no floating line, which is also an important standard for filter bag manufacturers to make filter bags;
  3. It is not allowed to drop continuously and no more than one drop is allowed within 1m.

 

The above is the rigid index of filter bag production, which must be strictly followed in the production process. In addition, a filter bag with excellent performance also has strict requirements for filter material. It must be free of any chemical additives, with high strength, outstanding stability, etc. before it can produce a qualified filter bag product.
