(3) Improve the sealing of the dust collection system to ensure that the air leakage rate of the dust collection system is less than 3%. Electrostatic precipitator is usually operated under negative pressure, so it must be sealed in use to reduce air leakage to ensure its performance. Because the entry of external air will bring three adverse consequences: ①Reducing the temperature of the gas in the dust collector may cause condensation, especially in the winter when the temperature is low. ②Increasing wind speed in electric field can shorten the residence time of dusty gas in electric field, thus reducing dust collection efficiency. ③If there is air leakage at the dust collecting hopper and the dust discharge outlet, the air leaked will directly blow the dust that has settled into the air stream, causing serious secondary dust raising, resulting in lower dust collection efficiency.
(4) According to the chemical composition of the flue gas, the material of the electrode plate is adjusted so as to increase the corrosion resistance of the electrode plate, prevent the corrosion of the electrode plate and cause short circuit.
(5) To improve corona power and reduce dust re-flying by adjusting the vibration period and force of electrodes.
