From the dust removal process of the electrostatic precipitator, improving the dust removal efficiency can be started from three stages.

The first stage: from the dust into the hand. In electrostatic precipitator, the collection of dust is related to the dust’s own parameters: such as the specific resistance of the dust, the dielectric constant and density, the flow rate of the gas, the temperature and humidity, the volt-ampere characteristics of the electric field, and the surface state of the dust collector. . Before the dust enters the electrostatic dust removal, a first-stage dust remover is added to remove some large particles and a large amount of dust. If the dust is removed by cyclone, the soot is passed through the cyclone at a high speed, so that the dust-containing gas is spirally rotated downward along the axis, and the dust of the coarser particles is removed by centrifugal force, thereby effectively controlling the initial dust concentration of the entering electric field. It can also be used to remove dust by water film. The water mist is used to control the specific resistance and dielectric constant of the dust, so that the flue gas has a stronger charging capacity after entering the dust collector. However, it is necessary to control the amount of water used for dust removal to prevent condensation.
