(1) The specific mass resistance of the main yarn material has a significant influence on its antistatic property. The suitable main yarn material should be selected according to the requirements of the environment and antistatic property of the antistatic fabric.
(2) Conductive yarn materials have significant influence on the antistatic properties of fabrics. The selection of conductive yarn materials must be based on the physical properties of basic fabrics and the antistatic properties of finished products.
(3) The antistatic property of the fabric is determined by the main yarn material and the conductive yarn material. The mass specific resistance of the basic fabric made of the main yarn material is large, and the mass specific resistance of the conductive yarn matched with it can not be too large. Only when the conductive yarn with good conductivity is matched, can the friction and electrostatic pressure of the fabric be reduced to meet the anti-static requirements of the special working environment.
(4) Under the same other parameters, conductive yarn shows more on the surface of the fabric, and the antistatic effect is better.
(5) Considering the reduction of cost and the complexity of weaving, conductive yarns are distributed in warp or weft direction, which is better than mesh distribution.
(6) The texture and tightness of the fabric have no significant effect on the antistatic property of the fabric, but have certain influence on the content of conductive yarn in the fabric. The conductive yarn content is high and the antistatic property of the fabric is good.
