The anti-air bag filter is composed of a dust collector box, a frame, a ash bucket, a valve (a discharge valve, a reverse blow valve, an air volume control valve), a duct (intake duct, an exhaust duct, an anti-dry duct), and a pressure difference The system, the ladder platform and the electronic control system are composed. The so-called anti-drying dust is to use the atmospheric or dust removal system to circulate the flue gas to backflush (suck) the wind and dust. It is a form of reverse airflow cleaning,
Its main features are as follows:
(1) The reverse blow bag type dust collectors are all operated in separate rooms, with a minimum of 4 rooms and a maximum of 20 rooms. When more than 6 rooms, it is mostly arranged in a double row.
(2) The anti-air bag type dust collector has low dust-removing intensity, and the de-ashing air flow can utilize a specially-designed anti-drying machine, or a differential pressure airflow formed by the main fan of the precipitator.
(3) The maintenance and repair of the reverse blow bag type dust collector is particularly convenient. The maintenance personnel can not only replace the filter bag but also check the use of the filter bag to enter the filter bag room, thereby determining the time for changing the bag.
(4) The anti-blow bag type dust collector mostly uses a thin filter bag, which has low price and low cost.
(5) The reverse blow bag type dust collector filter bag adopts the internal filter mode, the dust is inside the filter bag, and the labor condition is better when the worker replaces the filter bag.
(6) The reverse blow bag type dust collector has a low filtration speed and a large volume. Due to the long filter bag, the footprint is not large.
(7) The dust removal effect is good, and the discharge concentration can be regarded as zero, less than 50mg/m.
Negative pressure backflushing (suction) air bag type dust collector. Negative pressure means that the bag filter is at the negative pressure end of the fan. This type of dust collector usually adopts a filter structure with a lower air inlet and an air filter, and has a bag filter chamber separated from each other. When a certain filter bag chamber is cleaned, the outlet valve of the chamber is first closed by the control mechanism, and the intake air of the reverse blow pipe is opened, so that the filter bag chamber is open to the outside atmosphere. At this time, since the other bag filter chambers are all operated under the negative pressure state of the fan, the bag filter chamber to be cleaned is subjected to atmospheric pressure, so that the outdoor air enters the chamber through the anti-drying pipe. The back air flow is sucked into the filter bag and sucked into the other bag filter room through the intake pipe in the opposite direction of the dust flow. When the dust flow passes through the filter bag, the filter bag is compressed and passed through the control mechanism. Control the opening and closing of the valve, so that the filter bag is repeatedly swelled several times, and the filter bag is shaken, which is more favorable for dust falling off and improves the cleaning effect.
