The pulse bag filter is a new high-efficiency pulse bag type dust collector based on the bag filter. In order to further improve the pulse bag type dust collector, the modified pulse bag type dust remover has the advantages of high purification efficiency, large gas processing capacity, stable performance, convenient operation, long filter bag life and small maintenance workload. Moreover, the reforms from the structure and the pulse valve solve the problem of low pressure in the open air and compressed air source.

Working principle:

The pulse bag filter is composed of a ash bucket, an upper box body, a middle box body, a lower box body and the like, and the upper, middle and lower tanks are compartment structures. During work, the dusty gas enters the ash hopper from the inlet duct, and the coarse dust particles directly fall into the bottom of the ash bucket. The fine dust particles turn into the middle and lower tanks with the airflow turning, and the dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag. The gas enters the upper tank to the clean air collecting pipe-exhaust duct, and is discharged to the atmosphere through the exhaust fan. The cleaning process is to cut off the clean air outlet duct of the chamber, so that the bag of the chamber is in a state of no airflow (the compartment is shut off and the air is cleaned). Then, the pulse valve is opened and the pulsed air is cleaned by the compressed air. The closing time of the shut-off valve is enough to ensure that the dust peeled off from the filter bag after the spray is settled to the ash hopper, and the dust is prevented from being separated from the air bag after being separated from the surface of the filter bag. The phenomenon of the adjacent filter bag surface completely cleans the filter bag, and the exhaust valve, pulse valve and ash discharge valve are fully controlled by the programmable controller.
