Fluidization cloth, also known as aeration cloth or air slide fabric, is a specialized textile used in various industrial processes where dry, powdery materials need to be fluidized or moved using air.
- Air Permeability.
- High Tensile Strength.
- Heat Resistance.
- Chemical Resistance.
- Wear Resistance.
Description
Key Properties of Fluidization Cloth
- Air Permeability: The cloth is engineered with a precise level of porosity, allowing air to pass through it at controlled rates, which is crucial for fluidizing bulk materials.
- High Tensile Strength: It can withstand mechanical stresses and high-pressure conditions during operation.
- Heat Resistance: Some fluidization cloths are made from heat-resistant materials, allowing them to function in high-temperature environments.
- Chemical Resistance: In applications involving corrosive materials or chemicals, fluidization cloths made from PTFE or other chemical-resistant fibers are used.
- Wear Resistance: Designed to resist abrasion from the continuous movement of materials across its surface, providing durability and long service life.
There are two kinds of Fluidization Cloth
- Filament Polyester Fluidization Cloth.
- Spun Polyester Fluidization Cloth.
We use 100% polyester yarn as the material of fluidized cloth. The short-fiber polyester fluidized cloth produced by our company has the advantages of tensile strength, air permeability, high temperature resistance, etc., and can be woven according to the customer’s special requirements for air permeability and mechanical strength.
