Polypropylene fiber (polypropylene)
Polypropylene has good wear resistance and high elastic recovery rate. It is an excellent thermoplastic fiber. Polypropylene felt is commonly used in low temperature pulse filter bags of smelting plants and pulse filter bags in chemical and pharmaceutical factories.

Polyester fiber (polyester)
The special polyester fiber has good performance at normal temperature and is the main filter material in the bag filter. It can be subjected to an operating temperature of 130 ° C under dry conditions; it will harden when it is continuously operated above 130 ° C; it will fade; its brittleness will also weaken its strength. Accuracy range: 1-300 microns.
Nylon mesh
Nylon mesh, also known as nylon mesh, nylon mesh, nylon mesh, is made of nylon 6 (PA6) monofilament by flexible rapier weaving, plain weaving, if necessary, heat setting process. Made of chemical synthetic fibers, it belongs to the polyamide system. Nylon mesh has high strength, wear resistance, chemical resistance, water resistance and elasticity. Because of the uniform wire diameter and smooth surface, the ink passability is also excellent. The disadvantage is that the nylon mesh has a greater stretchability. The tension of the screen is reduced for a period of time after the stretcher, so that the screen plate is slack and the precision is lowered. Therefore, it is not suitable to print a circuit board or the like having a high dimensional accuracy.
PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene)
Polytetrafluoroethylene is a neutral polymer compound with a unique molecular structure, that is, a completely symmetrical structure. The special structure makes it have good thermal stability, chemical stability, insulation, lubricity, water resistance and the like.
High temperature resistance, wide temperature range, 260 °C (long-term continuous use at high temperature, instantaneous temperature up to 280 °C; strong chemical stability, corrosion resistance; good self-lubrication, very low friction coefficient, low filtration wear; PTFE The surface tension of the film is very low, and it has good non-stickiness and water repellency.
PTFE coated filter material can achieve surface filtration. This is because the PTFE coated filter material is a microporous structure with no through holes on the surface, so that dust cannot enter the inside of the film or the substrate through the surface of the film, so that only gas passes. The dust or material is trapped on the surface of the membrane. At present, the membrane filter material has been widely used in many fields such as industrial dust removal and precision filtration.
glass fiber(fiberglass)
Deep filtration, the filter material is composed of multiple layers of glass fiber, suitable for filtering hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, refractory liquid, fuel and synthetic liquid.
Stainless steel mesh
Surface filtration with very low flow resistance. The filter material is woven by interlacing, twill and linen.
Metal mesh media are suitable for use in oil suction filters for hydraulic and lubrication systems, or for coarse filtration of high velocity fluids, or for safe filtration of coolants.
