Three elements of organic waste gas treatment equipment during installation

In the process of installing organic waste gas treatment equipment, the adjustment of centerline, horizontality and elevation deviation is the three elements of quasi-precision installation.

First, you must find the center line of the equipment when installing. The machined spindle, bearing hole and other finishing surfaces can be used as the basis for the center line.

Second, adjust the level of mechanical equipment after installation. Due to the tilt, vibration due to inertial forces is bound to occur. Tilting also deteriorates lubrication conditions and excessive wear of the equipment due to additional loads, resulting in reduced quality and accuracy. Maintain the stability of the installation, reduce vibration and avoid deformation.

Third, the elevation is the height from the reference point of the installation to the surface (or line) being measured. Generally, the distance from the quasi point to the elevation measuring surface (line) of the organic exhaust gas treatment equipment is directly measured for inspection.
