1. First, we must correctly measure the amount of smoke burned. Because the size of the bag filter depends on the filter area, once it is determined, it will not change. If the smoke volume is estimated to be small, the actual filtration speed will be large, resulting in large resistance of the equipment, poor cleaning, and difficulty in continuous operation for a long time. . If the estimate is too large, the initial investment of the equipment is high, but there will be no problem in operation.
  2. The choice of filter bag material. The appropriate filter material should be selected according to the nature of the smoke and the composition of the smoke. The choice of filter media is critical and the service life is affected if the filter media is not suitable.

The material of the filter material should consider the following factors: temperature resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, oxidation resistance, etc. In addition, due to the high humidity of waste incineration flue gas, the ability to resist hydrolysis is also a factor that must be considered when selecting filter media. The operating temperature, dust removal efficiency, cleaning performance, cost and corrosion resistance of different chemical components in the flue gas of different filter material are different, and need to be considered comprehensively.

The filter materials generally available are the following, glass fiber filter, Teflon, Ryton, P84, Gore-tex, and the like. Ryton filter material has good acid resistance, hydrolysis resistance and wear resistance, and the price is not too expensive. P84 has better dust-collecting effect than Ryton, but its hydrolysis resistance is not as good as Ryton. Gortax has good performance, but the price is high. Teflon has good acid and alkali resistance, but it is expensive. Glass fiber cloth can not filter HF-containing gas, but the price is more suitable.

3. Pay attention to the acid dew point of the smoke. When the flue gas temperature is lower than the acid dew point, the acid produced by the condensation will corrode the device and form a soot bond on the filter material. Therefore, some measures should be taken for the dust removal system, such as ash bucket heating, hot air circulation, pipeline bypass, equipment insulation, and flue gas heating.

4. Be careful to choose a well-made device. In particular, the components of the pulse injection system, the inspection doors, the ash, the ash conveying device, the combination of the filter bag and the flower plate, the design of the filter bag cage and the processing quality (smoothness and verticality, etc.) are all good, otherwise the long-term good operation of the equipment will be affected.
