• Working principle of industrial dust collector

The air inside the machine is extracted by a fan or an air pump, so that a pressure difference is generated inside and outside the machine, which is called a negative pressure. The higher the negative pressure, the stronger the suction force. The dust collector is actually a very simple mechanical device, which is mainly driven by a vortex air pump or a fan. After entering the machine through the nozzle and the suction pipe, the debris enters a filter bag, which is generally non-woven. After primary filtration, the air with fine dust is passed through a special filter, filtered through the second stage, and discharged through the exhaust vent of the fan. The filtration efficiency is basically over 99%.

  • Maintenance of industrial dust collector

Check carefully before use. Open the cover and check if the dust bag is tight, if the suction is fastened, and cover the cover. Check the supply voltage and, if necessary, note that the motor is reversing.

To replace the belt, some industrial dust collectors with belt drive need to replace the new conveyor belt, and open the rear door of the dust collector for replacement. If the belt is loose, open the side door and adjust the control nut to the proper position.
